Pauls Auto Restoration of NY Inc. is seeking an experienced high-end automotive technician to join our growing team. 
This position is ideal for a high-level technician who enjoys precision assembly, integrating modern technology into classic vehicles, and working on some of the most exciting builds in the industry.

Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled technician capable of servicing, assembling, and integrating modern systems into classic vehicles. This role involves working on everything from high-end restorations to advanced resto-mod builds, requiring excellent mechanical and electrical ability.

The right candidate must be highly organized, detail oriented, and take pride in producing exceptional work.

Core Responsibilities
• Service and maintain classic, muscle, and vintage vehicles
• Perform high-end assembly on restoration and custom builds
• Install and integrate modern technology into classic platforms
• Electrical diagnostics and custom wiring integration
• Installation of fuel injection, electronic ignition, and engine management systems
• Install and service Vintage Air or similar HVAC systems
• Suspension, brake, steering, and driveline upgrades
• Install aftermarket performance components
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and drivability issues
• Perform precision assembly on high-end builds from platform to completion
• Maintain an extremely organized and clean workspace
• Document work and communicate with service writers and project managers
• Assist with final assembly and quality control

Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years automotive technician experience
 • Experience with classic cars and muscle cars required
• Strong automotive wiring and electrical troubleshooting ability
• Experience integrating modern technology into vintage vehicles
• Knowledge of:

  • Holley Sniper / EFI systems

  • American Autowire systems

  • Dakota Digital gauges

  • Vintage Air systems

  • Modern suspension systems

  • Disc brake upgrades

  • Restomod drivetrains

• Ability to read wiring diagrams and installation instructions
 • Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
 • Highly organized and detail oriented
 • Pride in producing show-quality work

Compensation: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
